"Age of the Sign" is a collaboration with musician/composer Benoit Pioulard. The signs of our everyday environment follow us around town, whether driving or walking from place to place, or simply wandering around. When a place is new to us, these signs become indicators that allow us to find our way; once a place feels known, the signs sink into the background and become invisible. Still they remain (and often age) in place, continually following along with the cycles of our movement.
