Why do so many of us suffer from anxiety and how does it differ from fear? Is it really possible to be addicted to our smart phones or social media? Each episode of the first season of 1001 Ways to Wonder tackles either a mental health condition or therapy and features interviews with leading scientific experts and inventive animation to answer the questions many of us have but don't know how to ask. Later episodes in the season will look at Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (Thoughts on Trial) and the Genetics and evolution of depression!
