Description

Euphoria of Peyote is focused primarirly on the sensory experience. To create the score, the focus was to create a pyschedelic ambience matching image and sound. The initial title was peyote but after the final final, we morphed this into an europhia of peyote. The video describes synethesia, dreams and abstraction.

The data is gathering during a sleep test, monitoring primary functions. Sensors monitor your heart, lung and brain activity, breathing patterns, arm and leg movements, vocalizations, and blood oxygen levels while you sleep. Typically, you are also videotaped to document your behavior during REM sleep cycles.
