3D imaging of an 14 days old mouse embryo revealing motor nerves (red) and nociceptive nerves (white), imaged with light sheet microscopy. The motor nerves are visible with an Hb9-GFP transgenic reporter, and the sensory nerves with a TrkA immunolabeling. These images are obtained with the iDISCO tissue clearing and immunolabeling technique. This technique enables the reconstruction of intact biological objects at a cellular resolution.
