2-Photon Microscopy: Dendrites After Psilocybin Administration

Description

Here is a glimpse into a longitudinal imaging experiment in which I am imaging the structural changes of dendrites in a mouse several days before and after a dose of the psychedelic psilocybin. This mouse received a dose of psilocybin 24 hours prior. The mouse's brain is being imaged through a glass window and we're seeing dendrites in the frontal cortex.
