Maya Connors works as an artist and filmmaker. She studied Visual Communication/Film at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg and is a co-founder of VETO Film, a platform for video art and experimental film. In her films and collages, she is especially interested in different forms of telling stories and creating entangled narratives in which biography, science, and fiction meet. Extensive research, the editing process, and the sound level are often the most important parts of her work.
