Enas Qudeimat received her Ph.D. in Plant Molecular Biology at Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg. She completed postdoctoral studies at Ghent University in Belgium and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia. She investigated the evolutionary conservation of abiotic stress responses using various genetic plant models. Currently, she is the Head of Administration and Outreach for the Center for Genomics and Systems Biology at New York University Abu Dhabi, designing effective research operational processes and engaging all stockholders in a productive and motivating work environment. Her role includes developing public communications and programming to connect the CGSB with the broader community. The programs include and are not limited to; NYUAD CGSB Artist in Residency Program, Fikret Science Café, Science Festivals, and Citizen Science.
