I'm an Associate Professor in the Biology Program at NYU Abu Dhabi. I study symbiosis between eukaryotes and their microbiome in aquatic systems. My lab focuses on elucidating the molecular mechanisms of symbiosis of diatoms and corals and the microbial communities that sustain them.
